Sixties icon Twiggy heads up this fashion series which sees 100 women donating their clothes to a huge clothes-swapping extravaganza. Once the new outfits are chosen, a team of hair and make-up stylists aided by Lauren Laverne and Grazia style director Paula Reed guide the women towards a brand new look. Roisin Murphy drops by and offers one lucky woman the chance to win some Gucci heels. Plus Burberry creative director offers this season's trench coat to the swap.

Sixties icon Twiggy heads up this fashion series which sees 100 women donating their clothes to a huge clothes-swapping extravaganza. Sophie Ellis Bextor and her mum Janet Ellis bring dresses from their own wardrobes to the swap. Shoe designer Terry De Havilland, who has kitted the likes of David Bowie and Amy Winehouse, offers up some serious heels, and hand bag designer Lulu Guinness gives away a bespoke bag.

Man Hunters is a two-part documentary series which explores a growing holiday trend, where it's not just sun, sea and sand on tap, but love, affection, male companionship, and for some, even sex. For while men have been indulging in sex tourism for decades, are the women who now seek out relationships with young local men sex tourists too? Last year thousands of Brits took a ten-hour flight to the Caribbean's most popular tourist destination: the Dominican Republic.

They all get a complete makeover for their efforts, and the one who loses the most proportional weight will win one thousand pounds. Birmingham dad Neil Wicklen and his teenage daughter Ally are both determined to reduce their waistlines - Neil's 54 inch stomach is a major health risk. At the end of the show Rosemary announces the series winner.

Politician Margo MacDonald, suffering from Parkinson's Disease, recently spoke openly of her desire to choose the moment of her death. This film follows Margo as she uncovers the truth about assisted dying, meeting those with illnesses like hers who are desperate to die, and exploring how British law could be changed to allow them to choose when they can. She also investigates the underground suicide movement in the UK, and uncovers evidence of powerful veterinary drugs being used illegally.

In 2006, Channel 4 followed eight seriously obese people as they set off from the south coast of England to walk 500 miles to Edinburgh in a bid to get fit before it was too late. Now 12 overweight individuals are walking from the starting line of the Boston Marathon, over 550 miles to Washington DC, for a prize of up to $1.2 million.
